outdated entertainment system poor ventilation
i encountered some issues . the in-room entertainment system was outdated and difficult to use. the selection of movies was limited (especially considering the caliber of this place) and the interface was clunky. additionally, the bathroom lacked a proper ventilation system, causing moisture to build up after showers and baths. this resulted in a lingering damp smell, impacting the overall comfort of the room.

helpful staff festive decoration
All staff were very helpful and pleasant from my arrival. the venue showed immaculate, beautiful decoration. i found many fine festive decorations. They provided great photo opportunities.

service inconsistencies
broken treadmill slow service
I found some issues . the gym was quite small. it only had two treadmills, and one was out of service. also, the breakfast service was slow. It often took more than 30 minutes to get my order. this made it difficult to plan my mornings effectively. the staff seemed understaffed during peak hours.

really good stay, attention to detail
efficient communication smooth check-in valet parking
Pre-arrival communication was very efficient. all requests were handled promptly. the room was ready upon arrival. I liked the smooth check-in process. the valet parking service worked very well. It provided considerable convenience, i did not have to worry about finding a parking space.
the elevator system seemed a bit slow at peak times.

The beautiful room featured a king-sized bed, two bedside tables. ambient lighting contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. the bathroom included dual sinks with premium toiletries. A rainfall shower was present too.

The hotel is near hyde park. Access to the park is convenient. public transportation options are easily accessible from the hotel. several high-end shops are located nearby. This made shopping convenient.

Staff members were consistently helpful and responsive. concierge services provided assistance with restaurant reservations. the butler service offered personalized attention. It assisted with various requests throughout the stay.
