I found the gym to be well-equipped and the steam room was a great addition. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and mini-bar selection. The room was super clean and the service was attentive. The bathroom featured a large bath and a separate rainfall shower.
I did notice some minor wear on some of the room's fixtures. This was very slight.

Stylish Stay with a Rooftop Pool

comfortable bedrainfall showerrooftop pool
The bed was comfortable and the bedding seemed like high quality. The rainfall shower in the spacious bathroom was particularly nice. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool . It offered a clean and unique experience.
Dining

The breakfast included room service , a convenient touch. I enjoyed climate control within the room itself. The breakfast was great , but the coffee was cold.
Service
9/10
The staff members were friendly and helpful, assisting with requests promptly. I contacted the reception for extra towels for the pool and they arrived in a timely manner. Staff even told us it was an 'upgrade' and said to other staff we just 'didn't want the upgrade' when we all knew it was not an upgrade the staff were just lying which is very unacceptable for any guests, let alone loyal customers who repeatedly choose to stay here
Location
10/10
The location provided convenient access to shopping and transportation. I found it easy to walk to various attractions nearby , and the public transport links were close. The place was close to the centre , staff were lovely and was comfortable.
