the room was good and the lobby had complimentary fruits and water . the reception staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is really close to everything, so it's easy to get around. it is quiet enough to sleep, but perfect distance away from the liveliness.

i was unhappy i paid for pool use. a third of the pool got used for swimming lessons. the other part was full of young children. it was impossible to swim.

the hotel included spa access, so I found a space to relax, but the pool was too busy. The gym has treadmills and stationary bikes, providing options for exercise.

the room wasn't cleaned properly. i saw hairs all over the sink. the tv signal was poor, and there were no online services available, just digital tv with no signal on most channels. this.

The provided parking options located nearby were very convenient, a real bonus for those driving. The double room I booked included a very clean space, a standard I always hope for. I could easily walk to the town centre from the hotel. Breakfast had a nice range of choices.

The steam and sauna now require an additional charge per person. I found this slightly inconvenient.

the room was very spacious for my family of two adults and two children i booked room 101 it had a king bed plus two made up singles. it was lovely returning to this after a day in the city. the fridge was a great size. there was a coffee machine and modern bathroom.

there were no tea bags in the room, so i called reception to request some i was told i would need to come down to collect them as staff were 'too busy' to bring them up.

the staff responded quickly when i requested extra pillows and towels, providing them promptly. i appreciated the convenience of having a co-op and a garage shop located just around the corner from the hotel.

the room included a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom for convenience. there was a fridge in the room, which proved particularly useful for storing drinks and snacks. i found the room to be peaceful despite the city center location.

the breakfast buffet offered many options for sixteen pounds, a reasonable price. i found a smart tv in my room, allowing access to youtube. leaving the city center on foot took only fifteen minutes, while the train station was about ten minutes away.

The room was not properly cleaned I had to request it but it remained uncleaned. The pool water affected my silver jewelry I worry about what it did to my skin. I won't choose this hotel again on my next visit.
