ideal location lovely gesture friendly staff
the hotel's location proved ideal for exploring nearby attractions. my room upgrade was a lovely gesture for my anniversary it created a nice stay. the staff members were friendly and helpful contributing to the positive atmosphere i experienced.

lovely time in buxton
superb location wide variety great addition
the hotel location was superb it allowed quick access to local attractions. the breakfast offered a wide variety the food was fresh and tasty. the available gym was a great addition for morning workouts it had all the equipment needed.
the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space it made organizing toiletries difficult.

the staff provided prompt service they quickly addressed requests. the team worked hard to ensure everyone felt welcome.

the room included a comfortable bed it provided a restful sleep. the room featured a well-stocked mini bar. complimentary toiletries enhanced the overall experience they were of good quality.

the spa offered various treatments the massage was very relaxing. the pool area had comfortable loungers. the fitness center was well equipped with modern machines it allowed effective workouts.

central location free parking poor spa unhelpful receptionist
The location was central. It made exploring so easy. Free parking was a HUGE bonus. The magnificent staircase was a real highlight. I also really appreciated the chandeliers.
The pool area was subpar. I thought the spa facilities were not good. The noise from the pipes kept me awake. It was a SERIOUS issue. The male receptionist was really unhelpful.

convenient location large room breakfast options
i found the location convenient for exploring nearby attractions. the room was quite large and included a comfortable bed. breakfast had good options (i especially enjoyed the pastries).
the corridor carpets show their age a bit.
