i had heard many bad things. i thought i needed to see it myself. i am happy i did. the staff was helpful and friendly. the breakfast had many options. it was cooked perfectly.

the noise at night was bad. cars went in and out of the car park late. i heard people outside making a lot of noise until after 2am.

I noticed thin walls were a problem. i could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room? this affected my sleep. the vending machines also require attention. Several were out of order though they accepted money. This was quite inconvenient.

the location was convenient for my planned activities. the breakfast included a good variety of food options. the hotel offered guaranteed parking, which reduced stress.

The room smelled mouldy, unpleasant. the beds were not comfortable. I found them lumpy. children were running and screaming in the corridor at 1 am. This was disruptive.

Our room was a perfect size for our travel cot. It also accommodated a large pram very well. we had dinner in the restaurant . I loved the plentiful options on the menu. the food was hot. It was also very tasty.

some passageways needed redecorating. There was noticeable water damage. additional pillows were needed, though our request at reception took a while to fulfill
