I admire the hotel, carefully renovated. It highlights its Victorian origins. The staff are so professional, go out of their way. They were accommodating to my son. The location feels fantastic. I liked the brand new coffee machine in the bar.

I did notice there weren't enough plugs near the bed for my phone. It felt a little inconvenient.

The hotel gardens feature a lovely outdoor patio. It is great. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to. I liked the spacious room and the proximity to the beach. It is also close to the theatre for shows.

The visitors' toilets had not been checked. They had not been cleaned mid afternoon on the first day.

the staff at the hotel were very helpful. i found the gardens and patio area provided a relaxing space to sit and enjoy the sunshine. the location is very close to the beach and lower gardens (very walkable!). the hotel has a traditional victorian architecture.

i noticed some areas of the hotel are undergoing refurbishment, and there was some slight noise during the day.
