I received an upgrade to a premium room upon my late arrival. It included extra snacks and drinks. The hotel's central location provided easy access to travel connections.

The hotel's location was amazing! easy access made getting around so convenient. breakfast had many options. the room had awesome blackout curtains. I slept great.

i did find the parking a little tight. maneuvering my car was a challenge.

excellent location with spacious rooms

spacious room perfect location friendly staff

the room was spacious and beautifully decorated! the location was perfect for exploring the city centre and i experienced no street noise. staff were friendly at check in and check out was conveniently at 12pm, which i found very pleasant.

i noticed the car park had conflicting information about overnight parking fees. some signs stated £15 while others showed £17. this issue needs rectifying to avoid confusion .
