The staff were very friendly and keen to please. What a great asset to the hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable! I enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal . The menu was interesting, varied, and presented well. What a treat!

The walls were a little thin. I could hear the person in the next room.

The reception staff was excellent. They were helpful and informative! They went out of their way to assist with queries, like providing extra milk for the room. The breakfast was also a highlight. It was the best I have had in a hotel for a long time!

the staff were friendly and helpful, correcting a mistake with our restaurant order professionally.

The christmas day dinner was disappointing. There was no yorkshire pudding or cranberry sauce. the potatoes were not roasted or mashed, and the stuffing seemed mass-produced and not crispy at all. the sausage in the pig in blanket lacked color and seemed boiled, not the best christmas meal.

the exterior was beautiful and the staff were friendly.

I encountered several issues . The key cards failed to work consistently (this was a significant inconvenience). each time i returned to my room, i needed to have the card reloaded at reception. furthermore, the temperature of the water in the pool was a little too cool.

The staff was lovely and helpful. the hotel presented a beautiful ambiance. It really seemed like an escape from everyday life. the food from the bar menu was delicious. the room size was great. It had everything i needed for a restful stay.

the corridors seemed a little dimly lit at night, making it slightly hard to navigate at times.

I found dinner to be good, i ate from the bar menu. The restaurant menu did appear somewhat limited. the bar area presented a classy and relaxing place to unwind. breakfast was very good. It offered a nice start to the day.
