wonderful stay

the bed was very comfortable and I found the room very spacious. the large bar area was excellent and spa and swimming area adequate. reception STAFF were very helpful and responsive.
The car park had some issues. Much of it is rough ground with many potholes. there were puddles and it was muddy and difficult to unload the car with cases.

the staff was super helpful and friendly, especially with directions. the room was HUGE, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. also, i loved the breakfast buffet. The variety of food was great, and everything tasted fresh and delicious.
It took a while to get to my floor, especially during peak hours.

The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. I found the spa facilities good value, especially since they were clean.
The window in my room would not close completely. I found a crack in the frame. The TV signal was very poor. I could not watch anything to relax in the evening. The bed was very firm. It seemed like sleeping on the floor.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The location is near a pub. I appreciate the excellent service and convenient facilities. Maz assisted in sorting out my room information and made me ready for my travels the next day.
The hotel charged a £50 refundable deposit. This policy applied because of my home address. The receptionist was not helpful and rude. There was also no soap available in the bathroom.

the gym was well equipped. it had a good range of machines and free weights. parking was included for the entire week. even though i only needed it for two nights.
The corridors had a faint smell. It reminded me of acetone.
