totally awesome resort experience!

magnificent gardens all-inclusive package private pool

the gardens were magnificent and very well-kept. the all-inclusive package was so worth it, we never lacked anything we wanted. the private pool and beach areas for the level guests gave us an added sense of luxury.

the music from the nearby bar was excessively loud. it played past midnight, and it made it difficult to relax. better sound control is needed .

amazing kids club great breakfast buffet perfect room access meticulous staff

I stayed for six nights. the kids club was amazing. My child enjoyed their time. many activities happened during the day until 9 pm. i found the breakfast buffet very good. my lagoon access room was perfect. staff maintained the hotel well, detail oriented work.

The bar service involved queuing to get drinks. Then, another line formed for a receipt, printed after adding the room number.

superb location food options early check-in facility access insufficient staff partially occupied restaurant

the location of the hotel was superb, directly by the beach. i especially enjoyed the variety of food options. early check-in was available and it was welcome.

the system did not allow me to use all of the facilities. the staff numbers seemed insufficient for the number of guests, made the restaurants fully booked. when we finally got a table, the restaurant was only partially occupied.
