the breakfast was lovely! not only in quality but in the excellent variety it offered. the local show was simple and entertaining. josephine and the staff from the elara lounge were amazing!
the room was clearly not ready when i checked in. there was only one set of dental kit and towel in the room though the glass in the washroom had stains all over it was uncleaned. the bed sheet was also stained. it took more than 40 mins for them to clean up the room after i raised this with customer service!

The breakfast had extensive choices. The staff was attentive to requests and professional. Krisna, the housekeeping staff, kept the room clean with nice decorations.
I found one restaurant a little pushy trying to upsell additional food and drinks.

Underwhelming stay. Some issues surfaced.
crowded breakfast
The breakfast buffet was definitely a scene. it felt more like a rugby scrum than a relaxing start to the day. I gave up entirely after a while. also, i booked an ocean view. we loved the pool. It wasn't what i paid for, frankly.

the breakfast had many options and was delicious. six complimentary water bottles were provided each day. i also appreciated the shuttle service to the collection. the landscaping garden was beautiful and well kept.
