i had such a blast ! the breakfast buffet was amazing , with so many choices. the hotel grounds are totally very nice and well kept.
the check-in process took a little longer than i expected , but the staff were still very helpful.

hygiene concernsdirty beach
The pools had issues. many guests swam fully clothed. Hygiene was a concern. also food service at the sunbeds seemed unhygienic and uncomfortable. Hygiene is very important. i also found the beach dirty with plastic and trash. The hotel should maintain it better! breakfast was hot and stuffy. I wanted to leave fast.

the gym is big. it features modern equipment like treadmills and stationary bikes. the gym attendant was helpful and showed me how to use the machines. i liked that boxing lessons were also available. i appreciate the easy access to the beach. i enjoyed the spacious and convenient pool access room. i really liked that Mr Robert spoke Korean and was friendly and considerate. breakfast had many options. there were fresh fruit smoothies and local noodle dishes. the waiter was attentive, made my breakfast run smoothly.
i found that the air conditioning was not working properly, an issue .
