FABULOUS Resort Experience!
balinese architecture amazing buffet
The resort architecture shows traditional Balinese style. It is beautiful! The beach is pristine and PERFECT for swimming. I really enjoyed it! The helpful staff ALWAYS did their best to. Breakfast had an AMAZING buffet with many options. I felt satisfied every morning.
I found that the speed dials in my room were incorrect. When I dialed for in-room dining, I connected to laundry. That was inconvenient. when I dialed the concierge, the operator picked up. That was also frustrating.

The resort has diverse pools and many activities available for both adults and children. EVERYTHING is well kept. Guests will find multiple dining options, a well-equipped spa, and several swimming pools. The facilities offer good recreation.

The location offers a serene escape with a beautiful beachfront. It has lush gardens! It is conveniently near local attractions, giving guests a chance to explore. The beach is perfect for swimming. The area is relaxing.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food (especially for those who enjoy Balinese cuisine).
I found the service slow at times. The staff did not always seem attentive to guests' needs. The lack of prompt service sometimes affected my dining experience.

helpful staff expansive gardens infinity pool
i found the staff helpful. they promptly addressed all our needs. the gardens were expansive and very well maintained. the infinity pool was beautiful. it faced the beach offering fine views.
the furniture in my room seemed a bit old.

the classic grande double room had a seating area. the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom included a separate tub and shower. bath amenities were generously provided.
