The beautiful pool access room was spacious and clean. i really enjoyed having swim-up access right from my room! the spa services were fantastic. the beach was very clean. I especially enjoyed the clear water!
the echoing corridors made it easy to hear doors slamming at all hours.

The hotel location was fantastic. The layout of the hotel was superb and the gardens were fine. The food in all of the restaurants was AMAZING!!!
I noticed the king bed was two singles pushed together. This was not a big deal for ME, but worth noting. Some of the front-of-house staff seemed overwhelmed. Guests looked like an inconvenience to them.

I found the location to be awesome, particularly the easy access to shopping on Mengiat street. The pools were a highlight. I saw plenty of space for everyone to relax. Staff, they really couldn't do enough. Breakfast had a huge selection.
the air con, while functional, just wouldn't go low enough. i couldn't adjust it below 21 degrees, and , made sleeping a bit tough.

the breakfast buffet provided a wide selection. the pool area was well kept with ample space. the staff ensured beach access was always clean. i also used the gym and found it adequately equipped for a basic workout.
I noticed some minor wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures. it was very minor.
