beautiful room swim-up access fantastic service clean beach
The beautiful pool access room was spacious and clean. i really enjoyed having swim-up access right from my room! the spa services were fantastic. the beach was very clean. I especially enjoyed the clear water!
the echoing corridors made it easy to hear doors slamming at all hours.

superb layout fine gardens single beds overwhelmed staff
The hotel location was fantastic. The layout of the hotel was superb and the gardens were fine. The food in all of the restaurants was AMAZING!!!
I noticed the king bed was two singles pushed together. This was not a big deal for ME, but worth noting. Some of the front-of-house staff seemed overwhelmed. Guests looked like an inconvenience to them.

i found the pools clean i did find the buffet breakfast crazy such yummy food i found the staff helpful
i noticed service at the front pool bar needs attention i often waited 10 minutes to be served and over 30 for a drink many customers complained

a nice getaway
easy access street shopping ample space great selection
I found the location to be awesome, particularly the easy access to shopping on Mengiat street. The pools were a highlight. I saw plenty of space for everyone to relax. Staff, they really couldn't do enough. Breakfast had a huge selection.
the air con, while functional, just wouldn't go low enough. i couldn't adjust it below 21 degrees, and , made sleeping a bit tough.

the gym offered a good range of equipment, with several treadmills and stationary bikes available. i saw a traditional market located inside this resortwith a unique shopping experience right on the premises.

I stayed in a two-bedroom villa. the villa had a private pool. the location is close to bali collection. It was very convenient. the restaurant is under the reception.
the bathroom had cracks. it was NOT a big deal for me.

wide selection pool space clean access equipped gym
the breakfast buffet provided a wide selection. the pool area was well kept with ample space. the staff ensured beach access was always clean. i also used the gym and found it adequately equipped for a basic workout.
I noticed some minor wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures. it was very minor.
