Paddington Station was really close. The neighborhood felt residential and quiet. Tube stations nearby was helpful. Early check-in was available which I appreciated. The hotel stored luggage after checkout which was so nice.

The room located in the basement had noises at times. Footsteps and movement disturbed the peace. I could hear sounds late into the night.

Breakfast was gorgeous, that is true. The hotel reception had staff available all the time. There is a beautiful park close by, this is Hyde Park.

The room included teeth, shave, shower cap, and conditioner. A real hair dryer was also available, so useful. The room had a microwave. A kettle was there as well.

Staff went the extra mile for our anniversary, so lovely. They gave us champagne, this made us their guest of the day. The bed had roses and a cute chocolate box.

The location was ideal, so close to the station. our room provided soft robes and amazing toiletries, i felt pampered. i enjoyed the restaurant atmosphere. It felt comfortable. the breakfast choices were plentiful.
