friendly staff great shower complimentary toiletries noisy hotel single beds larger bed
i had a club double room. it had complimentary tea, coffee, water, biscuits and toiletries. the shower was great. the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful.
i paid extra for a club room as i wanted a larger bed. the larger bed was merely two single beds pushed together. i ended up falling between beds in the night. this hotel is noisy at night.

The staff were friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated colston assisting with my room change. His help was invaluable. the hotel offers a microwave in the room which i found very useful.
the breakfast options lacked vegan choices.

Paddington Staycation
train station early check-in luggage storage
Paddington Station was really close. The neighborhood felt residential and quiet. Tube stations nearby was helpful. Early check-in was available which I appreciated. The hotel stored luggage after checkout which was so nice.
The room located in the basement had noises at times. Footsteps and movement disturbed the peace. I could hear sounds late into the night.

Breakfast was gorgeous, that is true. The hotel reception had staff available all the time. There is a beautiful park close by, this is Hyde Park.

The room included teeth, shave, shower cap, and conditioner. A real hair dryer was also available, so useful. The room had a microwave. A kettle was there as well.

Staff went the extra mile for our anniversary, so lovely. They gave us champagne, this made us their guest of the day. The bed had roses and a cute chocolate box.

soft robes amazing toiletries
The location was ideal, so close to the station. our room provided soft robes and amazing toiletries, i felt pampered. i enjoyed the restaurant atmosphere. It felt comfortable. the breakfast choices were plentiful.
