I found the staff friendly, always ready with a warm smile. Their attentiveness elevated my stay. the food selection was extensive, with a good variety of tasty options throughout my visit. my room was spacious and cozy, and i enjoyed watching planes from the terrace.
the air conditioning was not optimal. it was a minor detail, yet noticeable during warmer afternoons.

The staff was AMAZING!!! Maria was always smiling and ready to assist. The reception area offered a beautiful welcome. The games room proved a hit. Even us adults enjoyed some pool. A handy shop is nearby, also food places within walking distance.
The mattress, though replaced upon request, initially felt a bit uncomfortable.

The pool was warm and inviting and very clean for all guests. A gym is available that offers cardio and weights. The grounds are landscaped well with plants offering a lush garden vibe.

Breakfast had a great selection to accommodate various dietary needs. The buffet had plenty of choices, with consistently grilled meats and fish. The salad bar was stocked with fresh options and many seats were available. The food overall was VERY good!!!

Reception staff offered helpful and friendly service. The staff were happy to fulfill guest requests. One head waiter deserves special recognition for really good service. Cleaning staff kept the hotel tidy.

the staff were helpful and friendly. the room was excellent. i raised an issue regarding the mattress at reception and it was promptly replaced. the hotel was very clean indeed the tv had main english channels.
i found the all inclusive package somewhat limited some items required additional payment. the local drinks were the only options available in the all inclusive deal which was a little disappointing.
