I enjoyed the spacious rooms with lovely sea views. It was amazing! the free courtesy shower room for late check-out was a plus. i liked the lifeguard. He kept the pool area in top condition. the hotel transport to los cristianos was also convenient, even though it cost 15 euros each way.
i had to purchase a plastic cup for poolside drinks for 1 euro.

I knew it would be special. I got upgraded to a sea view corner room on the top floor. It was AMAZING. Seeing the sea right from the shower was such a treat! The receptionists were really informative. They helped me with EVERYTHING I needed.
The only small issue I encountered was the evening noise from the entertainment, it echoed a bit through the building. It made it difficult to sleep early. I hope they can find a better-isolated room in the future!

The hotel's location is perfect. It is a short walk to the beach. It also offers easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to the charming town.

The staff was lovely, friendly and efficient. They provided quick check-in services. The reception ordered taxis promptly whenever I wanted to go further afield, much cheaper than Uber. Regina the receptionist was especially helpful and fantastic!

I found the location great because it was near the town. The food at the buffet had variety each night. I especially liked the pool bar with its green approach. It reduced plastic waste. I really enjoyed my stay.
The evening entertainment could be heard through the thin walls. This was disturbing if you want to go to bed early. I believe the noise stops around midnight.
