The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I appreciated the amazing variety of options. The hotel's gardens are indeed beautiful. I loved walking through them. The jellyfish in the lobby added a very relaxing touch.

I found the valet parking excellent. It was very convenient. The breakfast offered a great variety. From my balcony, I enjoyed both a skyline seaview and a view of the mountains and the spa pool.

Absolutely fantastic stay!

the staff was attentive many learned my name i found the facilities immaculately maintained i enjoyed the glorious oriental gardens and i was mesmerized by black swans turtles herons water birds and koi carp were all beautifully kept the outdoor pool featured very comfortable sunbeds and a generous supply of pool towels

i received some spam emails from the hotel even though i did not give permission it's a practice i find a little annoying

the hotel is in a lovely area and the hotel courtesy bus offers convenient transport to the town at regular times throughout the day and early evening the area felt quiet and calm around the pool which i appreciated.

my room was spacious and had been recently refurbished it offered a view of mount teide the bathroom was also spacious providing lots of storage for clothes and shoes i appreciated this extra space and the well-kept amenities.
