lovely pools nice room italian restaurant slow procedure missing provisions breakfast experience
The pools were lovely. my room was nice. the italian restaurant onsite provided a nice lunch. I enjoyed that. the location is good for restaurants and shops.
The check-in procedure was slow. I found this inconvenient. tea, coffee, milk, and sugar were no longer provided in the room. This surprised me. i also found the breakfast experience awful. It seemed like a cattle market.

The breakfast buffet offered ample choices. It was abundant. Maid service was regular and efficient. The room felt fresh always. the pools were lovely and varied. There was a wonderful range of them.

I am so grateful for my stay. The various pool areas provides a lot of space . The kids club was really great. The staff took care of my little ones before teatime with games and dancing.
I will say that the food quality was okay. I think the food temperature needs improving. The food was lukewarm, even with good plates, it gets cold quickly. Queues at each station was not clear and people was cutting in line.

rainfall shower evening entertainment
the room was spacious. it featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the evening entertainment was varied. it was high quality after a day relaxing.
i asked for some ice in a glass. i needed it for tablets but they asked for 5 euros.
