the hotel grounds are immaculate and well kept by the gardening team.
The check-in process was slow. the room lacked complimentary water, tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. this penny-pinching is unacceptable for a supposed five-star hotel.

I am so grateful for my stay. The various pool areas provides a lot of space . The kids club was really great. The staff took care of my little ones before teatime with games and dancing.
I will say that the food quality was okay. I think the food temperature needs improving. The food was lukewarm, even with good plates, it gets cold quickly. Queues at each station was not clear and people was cutting in line.

i asked for some ice in a glass. i needed it for tablets but they asked for 5 euros.
