the food quality was disappointing, particularly at the main buffet restaurant. there was a queue to enter the breakfast buffet each morning, a long wait that i found unacceptable at this price point. my request for a tennis lesson felt difficult to arrange as i was passed between reception and the sports center with no clear help..

the hotel offered easy access to the beach promenade.. a real plus! our partial sea view room was great. i found the buffet's selection of fruits and cheeses especially delicious. the staff was also very friendly.

The hotel. Every staff member was helpful so i felt welcomed. I liked the heated pools especially the Infinite one and the beautiful green space. The king size bed was comfortable and the room had lots of tea and coffee.
I encountered limited availability at the hotel restaurants. It was sometimes challenging to book a table. This made planning dinners slightly difficult. I had to explore dining options outside the hotel more often than I preferred.

I found several restaurants with varied menus. the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were polite! the hotel has a sizable central plaza. the taxi fare from tenerife south airport was about €65.

The pools were a highlight. They were nice and offered good relaxation opportunities.
The food quality was inconsistent. Sometimes, it was alright (i liked the steakhouse), but the buffet was often cold. evening entertainment was a mixed bag, with some nights being painful. One dj sounded like a 'wounded animal'.

this hotel is large and well maintained the rooms and common areas are clean i enjoyed having access to four swimming pools some of which were heated it was a real treat to have breakfast outdoors the staff was always friendly and helpful i also appreciated the direct access to the seaside promenade. the several shops inside made it easy to grab a quick gift.
i noticed the gym seemed a little small considering the size of the hotel and the number of guests staying there. it did get crowded at times.

i experienced diverse culinary options with multiple restaurants available and having breakfast outside was a delight the food selection included fresh fish and crabs which were particularly excellent. the reach breakfast offers great choices till 11am.
