Acceptable Stay with Room for Improvement
expensive gymairplane noise
I was a bit let down by a few things . The gym access cost extra, which I thought was excessive for a hotel of this level. The hotel's location, close to the airport, also meant I heard planes regularly. The noise was quite distracting, especially in the mornings.

i found the hotel's location quite good. it's right on the beach and close to shops. the facilities were well kept with staff always cleaning and gardening, which i liked!
The all-inclusive package felt limited to me. you only had about eight alcoholic drink options included which was disappointing. Other options required payment. i also had to pay per night to use the safe, which seemed unnecessary, really!

the hotel welcomed me with sparkling wine. i visited the mexican and brazilian restaurants, the food was AMAZING!!! the animator vivi was sweet and cute. the photographer was professional.
during my stay i noticed that staff were unfriendly and abrupt. i was very disappointed with this experience. it feels like a budget hotel where everything is at an extra cost.

the hotel enjoys a superb location near many establishments. i found the hotel very close to the town's bars, shops and restaurants, fantastic. it is also just a short hop from the airport!!!

this hotel has excellent facilities. the pools are big and offer daily activities for adults and kids. i liked the paddle courts with beach views. there are also sporting facilities including padel tennis, basketball, tennis, and mini-golf.

the beautiful room sea view was super clean and spacious!!! the room offered a perfect balance of comfort and style. the bed was large and comfortable. i really enjoyed spending time on the cozy balcony.

the staff was very friendly. i felt that every question was handled quickly and with a genuine desire to help. i seemed like a valued guest. the housekeeper charlie was fab. nothing was too much trouble for her!!!
