the reception area features calming music. complimentary refreshments were available throughout the day including water, coffee, and tea. i received a room upgrade upon arrival, a nice surprise.

the gym had limited equipment, which restricted workout variety.

The breakfast was good.

I found cockroaches in the bathroom and the towels were dirty. What a disgrace. There was no tea and coffee in the room either. They charged me 110 dirhams for ice cubes. They are worse than muggers.

the location was acceptable.

the room lacked a working phone (i had to use my personal phone to contact reception). there were also no provided water bottles or coffee. it was annoying to not even have basic amenities covered.
