a somewhat average stay
worn equipmentbroken air conditioning
the gym was a bit of a letdown, i must say. some of the equipment looked rather worn, and a few machines were out of order. plus, the air conditioning wasn't working properly. talk about motivation killer! also, the poolside bar service was practically nonexistent, i had to trek inside for every drink. lazy!

The room we got, the superior double room, was very excellent! it had a large comfortable bed. I loved the significant private balcony with sun loungers. the day bed and hot tub were amazing additions. the underground carpark was also a definite plus, and i appreciated the convenience.
i found a few ants scurrying around the floor by the desk, a bit bothersome, though the cleaning was really great.

The staff were all excellent and spoke english. This was very helpful since i do not speak spanish. reception booked us a table at a restaurant with ease. their customer service was excellent indeed, and they were always cute.

The breakfast had a good selection. It was great. evening bar drinks were reasonably priced with a beer and wine for only 9 euros! the food at the pool bar was also quite nice.

the hotel is easily accessible and near several supermarkets. it is also near golf courses. there are a few restaurants within walking distance. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the beautiful double room offered a very clean space with a balcony facing the pool. the hotel maintained a relaxed atmosphere. breakfast was very good, but the hot food could be hotter, fine.
the television lacked various channels, especially for movies and music, this made entertainment options limited.

The reception staff offered helpful service. fran from the restaurant ensured i had a very good breakfast experience. i found the staff amazing at every turn. They ensured efficiency and attentiveness to all guests.
