a nice stay!

lovely roompanoramic viewwarm welcomethoughtful staff

the staff were friendly and helpful. nicole arranged a lovely room with a panoramic view for us, i was very grateful. upon arrival, vicente gave us a warm welcome and remembered my birthday. santiago always remembered my preference for ice in my rosé wine, so thoughtful!

The gym's equipment was slightly outdated. A few more modern machines would enhance the experience.

staff ensured requests are addressed quickly and effectively. nicole rang our hotel room to see if we liked the room. vicente provided excellent service at the front desk. every team member says hello when passing and are so cute.

I found the rooms spacious. Much larger than standard size, I appreciated this. The staff proved very friendly and helpful . The free shuttle service to the port and town was quite convenient, I used it often.

The air conditioning did not work too well, so the room felt a little warm at times.

The pool was large and refreshing, I enjoyed my time there. There is a very classy spa and massage service available. The hotel provides garages for parking, and city access is simple! though the parking was expensive.

everything worked well. the staff were very attentive. the breakfast was superb with many options, the access to 27 golf holes. i appreciated the excellent service. the gardens were great. the pool was clean and large.

the hotel felt a bit noisy. i heard loud sounds in the corridors at night. i think the hotel could address this issue to improve the stay quality. i believe more sound insulation is needed.
