Really good Anniversary Stay
large bed big windows hydro pool
The room featured beautiful decoration and it included many amenities. I enjoyed the large, comfortable bed and big windows in the large room. The bathroom was huge. I found the heated 20-meter pool, sauna, steam room, outdoor hot tubs, and hydro pool very nice.

The hotel is close to both Richmond Park and Richmond Hill. This location allows easy walks along the Thames. Petersham Nurseries is within walking distance too.

The reception staff were lovely and always ready to help with a smile. Room service was prompt and efficient. The wait staff were friendly and pleasant and went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.

Breakfast included an amazing selection and quality ingredients. The sourdough loaf at the restaurant was a standout. The restaurant provided great cocktails, including the dark chocolate torte dessert.

The spa facilities were great. The pool area includes suspended chairs. The changing rooms were super clean. The spa garden was sublime and offered a relaxing experience.

the hotel has a swimming pool, a sunny courtyard with loungers, and a spa. the rooms are comfortable and modern. i enjoyed the outdoor courtyard near the restaurant for dining as the weather was lovely, it.

staff were friendly and helpful. from check-in to the waiters, they were all lovely. i also appreciated the attentiveness of the staff.

The spa offered many facilities, including a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, and massage treatments. the 20-meter pool is heated properly and i liked the outdoor swedish style hot tubs. the changing rooms are super clean. We loved the pool.

sized bathroom contemporary decor great sauna decent pool
i booked a superior double room. the bathroom included a good-sized space. decor was contemporary. i enjoyed both the sauna and steam rooms. the pool seemed decent for a hotel.
the spa reception staff was not helpful.

the room provide a double bed with firm mattress, that supports sleep well. it feature a tv with various channel options. the blackout curtains ensure total darkness. a small desk with ergonomic chair allows to work if needed.

hot air broken air conditioning
The staff WAS helpful.
The air conditioning in my room did NOT work. It reminded me of a sauna! The fans only blew hot air. The bar and restaurant were rented out, so they were unavailable for paying guests.
