faulty heating poor wifi

The location was convenient. It was easy to find.

The heating was not working in the room, a real bummer. i also had some trouble with the wifi. It didn't seem to reach my floor very well. this made it a bit difficult to get any work done, so i was not pleased.

lovely quirky stay!

comfy bed friendly staff convenient location

i found the bed to be comfy and the room was quite spacious. the staff members were really friendly plus the location is very convenient. i could easily walk to both the railway station and the town centre.

the room wasn't ready when i arrived to check in which was a small issue. there was no apology about it, and that first impression wasn't great. i was hoping to take a nap because i had an early start.

the beautiful double or twin room was really large and had amazing big windows i was also happy to find oat milk available in the room for my morning coffee. there was an very nice layout with a big clean bathroom.

the full breakfast was so tasty and filling and there were great options. the dining area was clean plus well stocked i enjoyed a good coffee every morning. the options were diverse and satisfying.

the location is ideal from the train station and a very short walk. it's so central to the town centre , made exploring very easy. there are many shops and restaurants close by for convenience.

The room lacked sufficient soundproofing. Street noise was quite audible at night, hindering sleep. the shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It fluctuated between hot and cold, inconvenient..
