Excellent Stay Near Hyde Park

The room size was generous. The bathroom felt new and looked exactly as shown in photos. The location is perfect. It is near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Whole Foods is only five minutes away. The staff was helpful and efficient. The breakfast was great value. I received an upgrade to a suite.

The room temperature was set too high. I found the dark interior to be less appealing and the sink had a rusty plughole. I had to use the doors to get some fresh air.

i found the breakfast buffet very good. it featured pastries, salmon, and several cheese types! they offered many choices of eggs, coffee, and chocolate. the location was excellent. it was in front of hyde park and kensington gardens.

the greeting and check-in were not the most cute i have ever experienced. the receptionist was not very friendly, and there was no help with bags from the car.

the hotel is near kensington gardens and hyde park. whole foods market is only five minutes away! there are many shops i visited on kensington high street. several main museums are walking distance.

the staff was helpful! the suite felt very spacious. the suite was on the 5th floor with a lovely window view of the park. the neighbourhood area was very nice too.

the decor seemed outdated! cheap decor bothered me a bit. the waste and plugs on the sinks were all rusty and decayed. when i flushed the toilet, i could hear it coming up the sink pipes.

The staff was polite and helpful. I received upgrade to a suite on arrival. Breakfast include pastries, salmon and cheeses and several choices of eggs.

The room required updating. The air conditioning didn't cool the room enough, I left it running at night and it was noisy.
