Picturesque Stay with Great Amenities

The lodge had two bathrooms and plenty of storage. The wooden lodge had current decor and oversaw grounds. Staff were helpful at the level of a golf club. I'll surely return.
We were not advised there was a wedding being held on the same day. The noise all day and into the night was significant. This disturbed what we had planned to be a quiet and restful break.

The setting felt just amazing. we strolled through a wood near the golf club on a sunny day, so very peaceful. the health centre was also a dream come true, with a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. The changing room offered a safe. it was SO CLEAN. this all gave me such a relaxing weekend.
i booked on a saturday with check-in at 2.30 pm, wanting a massage, but the spa shut at 4.30 pm. i went in multiple times to speak to someone, but didn't get a call back till after 5 pm. there even was a wedding, and i felt as though we were intruding.

the staff throughout the hotel acted always friendly. they promptly answered my queries before the trip, showing real care and attention, which really helped me.

The grounds were beautiful and the spa facilities were lovely. i found my room to be fine and the whole place was nice! i especially liked the fan in the room. The wedding day was hot!

The setting provided a beautiful view. I walked through the golf club and WOOD. IT was a sunny day and felt peaceful. All the rooms were clean and I found tea and coffee available with a kettle.
I booked my check-in for a saturday at 2:30. I wanted a massage but the massage services closed at 4:30. I visited multiple times to speak to someone, but i did NOT receive a call back until after 5.

I found the staff to be very helpful. the grounds were beautiful. The health centre was a great addition. i especially appreciated the comfortable wooden lodge that overlooked the grounds.
i found the room somewhat basic. there was very little furniture, particularly comfortable chairs. the lighting was also poor, especially at the dressing table making it difficult to do hair or makeup.

the location was fantastic it allowed easy access to nearby areas. the lodges were quite comfortable. staff members were friendly and helpful .
the kitchen was poorly stocked there were items missing. some items were also dirty which was not ideal. i found the bed and pillows to be hard.
