comfy bedsfunctioning fridgelimited equipment
the beds were comfy and the room provided ample space. i found an iron and ironing board in the room, a great convenience. a kettle was available with tea and coffee supplies. a clean, functioning fridge was very useful.
The gym had limited equipment. The weights only went up to 20kg. i managed to get a workout in, but more variety would be welcome. i wish they had a wider selection of weights.

The location was indeed close to where i needed to be that evening, convenient. For that i'm grateful
The check-in staff member wasn't the friendliest, which didn't start my stay off well, i also noticed cleaning equipment sat in the corridor all day and night, certainly not a great look. the wi-fi seemed like a trap, needing membership to avoid charges. Talk about hidden costs and the photos made it seem like everything was included, only to find out it's all extra and expensive

The front desk provided a personalized experience. They made every effort to accommodate my requests. The breakfast team was also excellent. I specifically appreciated Yavuz, who was always very cute, and Elsie, who was always there to assist. The team contributed significantly to my positive experience.
The gym facilities are limited and the weights only go up to 20kg. I managed to get something out of it. though the facilities could be better

the staff helped me a lot. i forgot my toothbrush after a previous work stay. i thought it lost, but the staff found and returned it after two months. the hotel immaculate, i found this excellent.
i found a little step in the bathroom i couldn't see and nearly fell.

the staff showed good manners (this was very noticeable). it was my husband's birthday and the room was ideal. decorations on the bed were ideal, and the complimentary wine was a great touch. he was impressed.
i nearly fell when i entered the bathroom in my room. there is a little step that i couldn't see. this could be a hazard for some guests.
