EXCELLENT Spa and Room, Slightly Dated Hallway!

The spa facilities impressed me. I enjoyed the crystal steam room and experience showers. The room had a four-poster bed and a large bathroom. The ON-SITE ev charger was convenient for my electric car. The staff seemed friendly. They assisted promptly when needed.
The hallway floor covering was showing wear with safety tape in places. The condition detracted slightly from the otherwise lovely experience.

Breakfast was served to order rather than buffet style, I thought that was VERY nice. The food arrived hot. The restaurant staff are attentive to requests.

The spa features a crystal steam room, a Finnish sauna, and a laconium. An indoor pool has hydrotherapy jets. There is also a swim-through to an outdoor section!

The hotel is in a great LOCATION for accessing nearby attractions. I visited local gardens. The gardens were calming and beautiful. Wells, Glastonbury, and Wookey Hole Caves are a drive away.
