efficient stay

helpful team efficient day smooth running
i had my wedding reception here. the team was helpful, kind, and responsive throughout the planning. deborah was efficient on our wedding day. will was supportive and made sure everything ran smoothly.
i felt that the staff lacked some professionalism and training. they worked hard and seemed to cover many jobs. investment in hotel management and operations is needed.

a clean and restful stay!

organised staff good choice
The breakfast staff were really organised and kept refilling the food and drinks. Made it easy to get what i needed! the room was a good size and the bathroom was lovely. i especially liked that there were two chairs in the room. Very useful! the beverage tray had a good choice.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Noted

limited menu unusual policy
The dinner menu was indeed limited. I found only a few options that appealed to me. Drinks could not be charged to the room. This seems an unusual policy for a hotel stay. I think this should be reviewed for convenience. The lack of flexibility impacted my overall stay negatively.

excellent service polite staff nice bar
the staff is great. they are helpful and polite, i appreciate that. the rooms were just as described, and the food tasted really nice. i could choose to eat in a very nice bar area. it was an overall excellent stay.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, EVEN though the hotel was busy. The breakfast had a good choice. The scrambled eggs were superb.
The bed was uncomfortable, AND the evening meal menu had very little choice. Drinks and meals could not be charged to the room. That has never happened to me before.

The breakfast was well catered with plenty of choice. I found this acceptable.
The curtains did not block light adequately. I woke too early each morning. I needed blackout curtains installed to achieve proper rest! The external view upon arrival seemed disappointing.
