flooding shower soaked door
the staff were friendly, offering a cute atmosphere.
the bathroom presented several problems. the shower screen did not prevent water from flooding the bathroom, soaking the door. i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

friendly staff outdoor pool traffic noise missing bathrobe
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The outdoor pool area was lovely and I enjoyed spending time there (especially in the evenings).
The room at the front had significant traffic noise. This was despite being on the third floor. There were no bathrobes in the room, even though they were listed as an amenity.

The staff were helpful. The hotel provides parking. I ate in the bar and the food was good.
Rooms at the front of the hotel have traffic noise. My room overlooked public toilets. The music levels were intrusive in the public rooms.

Disappointing spa and room issues

faulty door mould residue
The spa experience was REALLY disappointing. The shower in the treatment room had mould, and it flooded because of bad drainage. I even got stuck inside because the door was faulty. The room itself had some problems too. The bathroom door seemed oddly placed. It was frustrating for a supposedly top-tier place.
