fantastic hotel, great stay
warm smilegood bed
I loved the helpful staff, they always greeted me with a warm smile. the beds in the double room were good. I slept well. i also enjoyed the acceptable size of the pool area.

The hotel was easy to find. The location was very good. The staff was friendly, always with a smile. The beds were good. I slept well.
My room didn't look like the picture. The walls were very THIN. I could hear everything outside my room and my neighbors talking.

the air conditioning worked adequately during the warm nights.
The television did not have netflix enabled despite its supposed smart tv capabilities. i was told i'd receive one complimentary bottle of water each day, however, this only happened twice . also, the selection of coffee and tea was limited. I was given two packets of a very strong cafe jurado, which i find unpalatable.

I found some aspects not aligned with a four-star hotel. The water temperature fluctuated a great deal while I took showers. Regulating the temperature proved very difficult.

the pool area included many comfortable sunbeds. staff provided great support when needed. i appreciated the reasonable bar prices. the golden beaches were very close to the hotel.
tea and coffee were available in the room but milk was not provided.

The breakfast buffet was a letdown. The quality seemed pretty low (i really struggled to find anything i liked).
