some issues but decent pools
slow check-inremote location
the check in was slow. there was always a line, it seemed each family took ages. they didn't explain any of the hotel services or give directions to the room so that was frustrating. a small shop would be helpful because the location is remote.

Galina at reception made check-in easy. She upgraded me to all inclusive. Your pool facilities are excellent. My son had a wonderful time!!! The staff at the pool bar were great and friendly. Madison, Cristian and Juan.
The shower fixture was installed the wrong way around.

Solid family stay near the coast

Check-in was quick, which i appreciated after traveling. The room looked very clean. I mostly noticed the pool area as kids were enjoying the slides (it looked fun!).
The reception could sometimes get busy. I did wait a little longer than i expected when i needed to ask for a taxi.

The reception staff were friendly (they seemed hard-working). The staff managed requests efficiently. I also appreciated the clear communication regarding local taxi services.

The king room included sufficient space. I noticed the air conditioning worked effectively. I am glad the room had basic amenities .

The hotel has a good-sized pool. The area has slides that are available for both children and adults. It had plenty of sun loungers for everyone to use.

friendly staffexcellent poolconvenient apartment
i was really impressed by the staff at the pool bar they were friendly. the pool facilities were excellent my son loved the slides. the apartment was huge with great air conditioning and wifi so our stay was very convenient.
i did have a slight wait at reception sometimes when ordering a taxi it got pretty busy especially during check-in and check-out times.

the hotel boasts lovely swimming pools complete with fun slides for kids it's a great way for families to spend quality time together the clear waters are very inviting.

our suite featured comfortable beds with crisp linens and well working air conditioning it also included a spacious living area great.

the hotel has great variety of food available it included a wide range of options with something tasty for everyone even my kids really enjoyed the available choices during each meal.

the hotel is in a convenient spot for exploring nearby areas i walked to the beach though taxis are available as well its proximity makes accessing local attractions really easy and convenient.
