The location was convenient for public transport. older valencian areas were easily accessible. shopping needs were fully met. the beds were clean and very comfortable. I slept soundly. the staff was very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions. the gym facilities were excellent. I used them daily.
The hotel provided only a small sliver of soap. It reminded me of an unnecessary cost-cutting measure.

i appreciated the easy taxi access the hotel offers plus my room overlooked local farming fields and cruise ships i loved opening the window to enjoy the climate my room's appearance was really good it really gave the place a luxury feel
i noticed the lack of clear and standardized information regarding hotel services it varied depending on the staff member i asked especially concerning cleaning times

i found the staff very helpful. the hotel is close to a metro station on lines 3 and 9. this offered easy city center access. line 3 also provided a direct airport connection, it was very useful.
I found only a small sliver of soap available. I thought this was a cost-cutting measure.
