convenient parking attentive staff
I appreciated the convenient parking in the hotel's garage. The staff demonstrated attentiveness and kindness, particularly regarding my luggage situation (it was delayed).
The mattress firmness did not suit my preference. I found it a bit too soft, resulting in some discomfort during the night.

The spa is relaxing and clean. Bedding and towels are changed daily. The hotel features secure underground parking (staff took care of it). The gym is really nice and has updated equipment.

The Dreamer Double or Twin Room was quiet. The bathroom was good. Breakfast included a good selection of food. The hotel staff took care of parking in the secure underground car park.
The spa is very small.

Reception staff were very attentive. Housekeeping was AMAZING!!! Staff were very helpful letting us know what was around. Turn down service provided chocolates each evening, a nice treat.

A good selection of cooked hot food was available. Continental style, fresh fruit, and pastries were offered. We opted for the cooked breakfast from the menu each day. The breakfast was perfect.

strange design broken socket
the breakfast was perfect, and staff was very nice.
the entire room setup feel so strange. the bed was right in the middle of the room, more like a spa room setup. there wasn't proper back support when I was sitting. several sockets didn't work properly, this annoyed me.

not quite the five stars i expected
coffee machine black grout
the breakfast was pretty disappointing for the price i paid. the coffee machine seemed broken, and getting a second cup was a hassle. also, i found a hole in the wooden ledge in my room with a used coffee pod in it. that's just not what i expect and the grout around the bath needed attention
