the breakfast was fantastic , offering many options and the food tasted fresh. i appreciated the free water stations on each floor , so i didn't need to buy water all the time.
also , the pool opened late at 10am and closed early at 7pm , which limited my pool time.

The breakfast offered many choices and had great coffee. They even had champagne! the rooftop pool provided a chic place for relaxation. our room faced the sunrise, so we saw a beautiful view. It was very clean.

the restaurant food was amazing!!!
I found a late check-in very bad. It's not before 4 pm. the pool water was not clean. i think the pools are too small for such a large hotel. there are not enough sun loungers.

The location was acceptable with easy access to the beach.
The pool bar staff seemed rude. The bathroom had a stale smell , which wasn't exactly pleasant. I asked to pay for an upgrade , but was advised there was no spare availability , a bit annoying.

Fantastic hotel experience
delicious mealscomfortable rooms
I appreciated the variety of delicious meals, especially the vegan and gluten-free options. The staff was also very friendly, and the rooms were large and comfortable. I found the carafe in the room and the filtered water in the corridors stylish.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There were interesting shows in the evenings, especially the magic show. The hotel staff provided a bottle of water at checkout, A VERY nice touch.

outdoor baramazing food
The front of the hotel features beautiful pools! an outdoor bar is also available. the restaurant provides a pleasant terrace. It has amazing food for breakfast and lunch
the staff was super rude, the mots impolite i have ever met. after parked my car at hotel parking, where were empty spaces, got attacked by staff that i should remove my car from there and park 'where you want'.
