noisy room staff issue

The room was a nice size. The bathroom was VERY spacious.

The room was REALLY noisy, and i could hear doors slamming every 10 minutes, so i did not sleep WELL. i also did not like guests walking in wet bathing suits across the restaurant bar half naked. Staff did not enforce the rule that they should cover up. this was NOT nice when i was eating THERE.

the location was good. the hotel was near the city of arts and sciences. there were many restaurants nearby to the hotel. the room was clean.

the noise from traffic was very loud. i hear it in my room often. the windows seem old and provide poor isolation. i woke up every night several times because of traffic noise.

friendly personal excellent location great amenities slow elevators sterile atmosphere high price

i found the staff to be very friendly (they even left some water and candy in the room as a welcome gift!). the location was excellent, very close to everything i wanted to see. our room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities.

The elevators were slow. I waited quite a while during check-out with my luggage. the breakfast room was big, but the atmosphere felt more like a school cafeteria (a bit too sterile). the price seemed high for what the hotel offered.

poor insulation minimal equipment

the room was spacious and clean, it was a good base for exploring.

I was quite disappointed in a few aspects. the noise insulation was poor, i heard doors slamming frequently (it really disrupted my sleep). the gym equipment was also lacking, it felt too minimal for a hotel of this size. finally, i wished there were coffee and tea facilities in the room, the lack of these was a bit of an inconvenience.

oceanographic institute convenient location helpful staff

the hotel sat very close to the science museum and valencia marina. buses stop right outside. i could access the beach and various city museums easily. staff was excellent too.

i think the price was somewhat expensive for what i got.

The reception staff was polite. they helped me with directions. i thought the bike rental service directly from the hotel was convenient. I used it to explore the nearby areas quickly.

The hotel is close to the city of arts and sciences. i walked to the subway in about 12 minutes. several restaurants and shops were very close to the hotel. This made dining and shopping easy.
