professional staff big bed central location
The reception staff offered a warm and professional welcome. My room had a nice big bed. The location proved excellent, close to the central market. The apartment seemed quite new and clean and the reception service was perfect.
There was slight noise at night. The sound barrier could be better.

spa closure appalling lighting
The spa was closed , that's just great. dust was everywhere too. I reminded me of i was tracking it into the room. the room lighting was so bad, i'm not sure who designed it, but they clearly never tried using it.

convenient location friendly staff spacious room
the hotel's location across from the market is very convenient shops and restaurants are nearby the staff were friendly and check-in was quick a welcome drink and chocolate with a note was a nice touch coffee and tea facilities are in the spacious room which also has a fridge
the spa was an extra charge even though the room rate was high and the spa hours are limited.

the staff provided packed breakfast for my early morning departure they helped with calling a taxi to the airport the team was both fantastic and competent ensuring all needs were met promptly and efficiently.

the family room is like a one-bedroom apartment it includes two bathrooms which is very convenient the room was nice and neat mobile key access was efficient and practical housekeeping was provided with water replenished daily based on occupancy.
