Excellent Stay
friendly staff great buffet
I found the staff professional and friendly. The buffet offered many choices, and I enjoyed bar snacks.
The air conditioning was not very effective, and there was an odour. the parking price seemed high.

The room was quite spacious and offered views of the boulevard at night. I noticed many restaurants nearby and easy access to the Metro, so travel was convenient.

Breakfast had considerable variety, a plus for me. The restaurant provided excellent service and the environment was cute. Jose and his colleagues at the restaurant were excellent and courteous.

acceptable stay, but issues noted
permanent odor temperature control
the size of the hotel met my expectations. it had modern amenities.
the room had a strange smell. i believe it was a cleaner masking a permanent odor. the shower had very little power and controlling the temperature was impossible.

separate sinks prompt taxi fast taxis
the room I stayed in was a melia twin room. it included two separate sinks in the bathroom i found useful. the hotel provided prompt taxi bookings and the taxis arrived fast.
the tv had few english channels, i found that a slight issue.

great quality priced drinks
The breakfast service had very wide range with great quality food. I want to mention the very well priced drinks and cocktails available at the hotel bar open until 3am.
It was hard to find towels near the pool area. I have to go down to reception to get them.

vast car park skilled bartender undersized pool uncomfortable sheet
The hotel offers a vast car park. It made arrival and departure simple. The cocktail bar impressed me (I am a cocktail enthusiast) because everyone working there seemed skilled. I found the bartenders quite knowledgeable.
The pool felt undersized. It was often packed. The sheets were basically just a sheet folded over a duvet, and it easily slipped off during the night. It was not very comfortable.

public transportation easy taxi nice restaurants breakfast selection climate control water pressure
The hotel's proximity to public transportation was a big plus. Taxis were readily available, which I found super convenient. I discovered some amazing restaurants just a short walk from the hotel (I love trying new places!).
I found the breakfast selection somewhat limited. The climate control was a bit noisy, requiring me to switch it off. I also noticed the water pressure in the shower was low.
