convenient service awesome activities comfortable bracelet
The childcare service proved great and convenient for toddlers. Awesome kids' activities like daily concerts existed. I found many swimming pools with diverse experiences. The beds and showers were totally top class! i liked that the bracelet granted access to the rooms. It was so comfortable!
I found out where everything is with difficulty. The place is a large complex with not the greatest signposting though

Breakfast had a wide range of fresh produce. I saw many options, very well presented. The organization of the restaurant was excellent for the number of families present, a fact i really appreciated. The service seemed very fast!

The grounds are beautifully maintained with extensive green areas. I spotted spots offering solitude alongside views of mountains, sea, and the city at night. The various pools, including heated ones and kids' pools, ensure that all guests have spaces to relax.

heated pool fine hotel slow checkin smelly room
the pool was heated, great since the weather was only starting to warm up. the hotel itself has a fine look. it is perfectly away from the main strip, but its still close enough if i needed a taxi. the food was good too.
the check in process was too slow. i waited about 20 minutes to even talk to someone. the room we had smelled badly. there was moisture on the walls.

enjoyable activities diligent staff varied experience
The kid's club offered enjoyable activities. My son particularly loved the slides. The staff was diligent. Multiple swimming pools were available for varied experiences.

The Junior Suite included comfortable beds. The showers were excellent. Access to the rooms was very easy. The bracelet made it convenient to avoid thinking about keys. This feature added much convenience.

The hotel had many facilities that kept me occupied. The swimming pools were awesome. I liked the heated one and the pools designed for kids. There are options for different experiences.

mediocre stay with some issues

long check-in smelly room
the pools were nice.
the check-in process was too long it took about 20 minutes of waiting and another 10 minutes with the agent i did not get any complimentary water or coffee while i waited my room was smelly and had moisture on the walls. the room was far away with only one elevator it took 10 minutes to get there after speaking with 2 different agents they changed my room.

The facilities were very good. Breakfast and pools were good.
I arrived and was told the room was ready, but it wasn't. I got to a room uncleaned from the last people. I got into the room after 8 p.m.
