mixed feelings about the junior suite

small terraces loose tiles
the junior suite i booked was a bit of a letdown. it was advertised as having a balcony with a table and chairs, but what i got was three tiny terraces (seriously, who can sit on those?). there was only one chair inside the room also (i guess i was supposed to stand?). plus, the room definitely needed some tlc as i noticed loose floor tiles and bathroom fixtures coming off the wall, (a bit shabby, really).

poor toiletries watery shampoo
the staff were attentive and efficient. i found this aspect acceptable .
the toiletries in the bathroom were poor. i had expected small bottles, as indicated in the description, but instead, there were pumps dispensing watery shampoo and body wash on the wall. this was a disappointment, and i felt the quality didn't match the hotel's rating. i also found that it lacked basic amenities, such as body lotion and cotton buds.

Breakfast included a wide selection of food items.
The junior suite I booked did not meet expectations I held. The room was advertised with a balcony including a table and chairs. This was untrue. There was only space to stand, so I felt disappointed.

i thought the breakfast was diverse with fresh options. the hotel has a nice garden. i noticed it featured comfortable seating areas. i appreciated the friendly staff and their quick responses to requests.
The room decor seemed a bit dated. It could use some updating for a more modern feel.

swift check-in comfortable room great bathroom inviting pool
Check-in was swift. I appreciated that. My room was super clean and cozy. The bathroom featured great amenities. The pool area included numerous sun beds, perfect for relaxation, and the pool itself was very inviting (I swam every day!).
The gym equipment could use some updating.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety. I found service to be excellent at breakfast. A gentleman assisted me almost every morning, so I barely needed to ask (this was awesome!).
