I found the location superb, providing easy access to many key attractions nearby.. the staff were exceedingly helpful, directing me to points of interest. the rooftop bar became a favorite spot. I enjoyed relaxing evenings with expertly crafted cocktails. i really appreciated the efficient service and high level of comfort throughout my stay.
The television system presented a slight hiccup, as it required a remote not readily available. This made it a bit difficult to enjoy in-room entertainment initially.

The rooftop pool WAS awesome. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The room I stayed in was VERY dark. It had one small window facing a wall and some pipes. The walkway carpets were stained and worn. They need replacing.

stiff doorsloud slamming
the remote control for the tv was a real test of patience it barely responded. the constant slamming of bedroom doors from other guests was less than ideal it sounded like a competition to see who could make the most noise at night.
