The location was acceptable for seeing tourist attractions.
The air conditioning was insufficient so the room was too hot. It was hard to sleep. I complained, but it was never properly fixed, so the room remained uncomfortably warm. The bed was also quite creaky and surprisingly hard.

Excellent Stay in a Prime Location

The spacious room was very clean. The location is superb for city walks, especially with a beautiful park nearby. I found the reception staff friendly and helpful. They easily provided twin rooms for our trip.
Soundproofing was an issue. I regularly heard noise. One night loud music disrupted my sleep. The hotel did address it but the sound issues are real.

The room included a well-stocked minibar. a safe. The climate control worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature. There were blackout curtains that REALLY blocked out light.

Staff provided quick assistance with luggage storage before check-in. Concierge services were available 24/7. I saw that the staff offered prompt assistance in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and French.

The gym included three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and weight machines. The rooftop terrace offered panoramic views. I saw that the pool area had about twenty loungers and a shaded section.

the room design felt very modern. i had a double room extra bed, and it was quite spacious (which i always appreciate). the bathroom came with robes and amenity kits.
the rooftop pool didn't have much ambiance, so i mostly heard cars.
