pleasant hotel stay
friendly staff relaxing space
the staff were friendly and accommodating. the breakfasts were superb, especially the wide choice of food. the spa area was a bonus, a very relaxing space. i appreciated the excellent customer service from the team .
i noticed the absence of air conditioning in my room. it created a somewhat uncomfortable environment. i think the addition of air conditioning units would greatly improve the comfort

excellent facilities serene environment attentive staff lovely selection
the spa facilities were excellent. the pool area was beautiful, offering a serene environment. i found the staff to be very attentive, ready to assist with any request. breakfast offered a lovely selection of choices.
The walk to the town center was a bit longer than i anticipated. The shuttle service schedule was somewhat limited.

stale pastries staff attentiveness
the breakfast buffet was quite disappointing for the price we paid. the selection felt limited , and some items seemed stale , the pastries especially , were not fresh , the coffee machines often had long queues , and the wait for eggs cooked to order was excessive. there was also a noticeable lack of attentiveness from the staff , tables were slow to be cleared , and requests took a long time to fulfill. it all made the mornings feel a bit stressful and less enjoyable than they should have been

tired furniture stained carpet
My visit had a few issues that need attention. I waited a long time for a light to be fixed in the bathroom, almost two days despite my requests. The furniture in my room seemed worn, and I noticed stains on the carpet. It is a shame that such details were overlooked.

parking lot view paper walls
the staff were helpful, even when i was testing their patience.
My room faced the parking lot. Watching cars park all day was just thrilling. the bathroom mirror had a mysterious smudge i couldn't quite decipher, and the shower pressure was.. let's just say, not exactly invigorating. the walls, i swear, were made of paper, because i could hear my neighbor's phone conversations with crystal clarity.

fresh eggs terrace dining soundproofed room
the breakfast was good. i was able to order fresh eggs from the kitchen at no extra cost. the terrace dining was also a highlight. the restaurant la terrasse offered inside, covered terrace, and open terrace seating (this made it adaptable to the weather). the room was well soundproofed and the bed was perfect.
the gym did not have enough free weights.

excellent service great menu amazing gym city view
The restaurant provided excellent service along with a great menu. Staff seemed genuinely helpful. the indoor pools and gym looked amazing. breakfast was rich. I observed good city views from various spots, i saw a pleasant scene of the sea.
the lack of readily available plug sockets in the room felt slightly inconvenient. i only found one socket available to charge my phone.

every staff member offered consistently helpful, obliging service. i noticed monica, sarah, and francis provided an extra layer of friendly interaction. the spa staff also struck me as highly skilled and attentive to guest needs.
