underwhelming stay, i guess

the rooms was clean. i'll give them that.
The service was pretty rubbish. i had to wait forever for a drink and when i finally got one, the food menu wasn't even available. apparently, the kitchen closes randomly between lunch and dinner. Who's ever heard of that?

The room layout for the conference was really nice! Catering catered to everyone. The buffet lunch received a lot of compliments. The consultant enjoyed a comfortable stay and the evening meal was fantastic. My last-minute changes were handled with patience, and the whole conference was a great success!
I noticed some outside areas could use some landscaping to soften the look, as there is a lot of grey.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay, and it included comfortable furnishings and an excellent shower. The bed was a good size and the amenities provided. I was quite happy with my room.

The hotel facilities were good. The restaurant looked great, and the outside areas were clean! The spa was well-kept, and the gym had a good range of equipment for a decent workout, so I was able to keep active .

Helen gave me a great 60 minute body massage. i am a regular therapy client, and she put me at ease immediately! the products used are excellent! the welcome at reception was friendly. I received wonderfully relaxing therapy. i'd highly recommend this spa.
The bar closed at 11pm. I think it should stay open a little later. breakfast finished too early on sunday, ending at 10am. my daughter and her husband missed it, a shame! they should have had breakfast offered in bed.

the superior twin room was clean and well-kept. i found the breakfast really good as it included adventurous brunch options like rarebit and shakshuka eggs, cooked fresh to order.
the heated beds in the pool area were turned off early, around 3.30 pm, for an unknown reason.
