The staff was friendly. The food was LOVELY. The Clubhouse was cosy and the grounds were nice to walk around. We swam in the outdoor pool. We sat by the outdoor fire. It was GREAT!!!
The room was disappointing. It needed an update. There were damp marks around the room. It had a musty smell. There were stains on the side of the bed.

I found the staff friendly. the grounds included a lovely lake and were quite beautiful for walking. i enjoyed swimming in the heated outdoor pool and relaxing by the outdoor fire pit. It was a good experience.
the room lacked a refrigerator, and obtaining fresh milk required a trip to the bar. this was a bit inconvenient when preparing morning tea.

The staff were very attentive throughout my stay. The room was large and clean. Breakfasts were very good. I had great fun swimming in the outdoor pool (the water was so refreshing) and I relaxed by the outdoor fire.
The gym equipment needed a little updating.

The location was good. The staff were cute and friendly throughout my stay. Breakfast was very good (especially the variety of options). I wish I had more time to enjoy all the on-site facilities.
My room needed a bit of updating. There were some damp marks around the room. I noticed a musty smell. I feel the room was not worth the price I paid.

The grounds were lovely, ideal for leisurely walks. The outdoor fire was such a treat and a nice touch. The outdoor pool was heated and provided a relaxing experience.
The room was a bit of a letdown. There was no milk provided with the tea and coffee facilities. I had to go downstairs to the bar to get a jug of milk (it was a bit inconvenient).
