The staff showed me to my room. It was quite spacious. I liked that tea and coffee were available directly in the room. The location is directly opposite a bus stop (very practical!).

There was a broken toilet roll holder in my room, a small inconvenience.

The location had great access to everything i needed. a sainsbury's and tesco express were just outside, a superdrug was within a short walk. the staff were friendly and the room was thoroughly cleaned. Security at the hotel was also good.

The walk to the tube station was longer than i anticipated. It felt a bit far at times

the location was excellent for accessing transportation. a bus stop was right opposite the place. the staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.

there were no toiletries in the room besides soap. i noticed there were no food options available at the hotel. i also observed that the area around the hotel wasn't the best.

The room included a fridge. It was great for keeping drinks cold. the location worked well for my travel plans. staff members were friendly and cute upon arrival, a positive start to my stay.

The check-in process felt strange, as it was conducted through a window. i wasn't allowed inside the reception area. the experience was odd. It detracted from an otherwise acceptable visit.
