the staff were friendly and cute. i felt very comfortable . the building is beautiful and located in calm outside. i enjoyed a walk and saw deers and ducks.
access to spa facilities felt limited based on check-in and check-out hours. i also thought an extension should be easier to request without extra charge.

the spa boasts a lovely heated pool with perfect temperature. guests can enjoy a swim and then relax in the jacuzzi. the heated pool ensures that you can get straight in and enjoy your swim.

messy changing roomsthin towel
The spa changing rooms looked pretty bad. it seems people who weren't staying there for the night used them and left a mess. I don't think they cleaned it that evening. also, there were way too many houseflies in the rooms and the restaurant, which suggests something is not right. the towels felt cheap and thin, not luxurious. i was like i was still wet after using one. i expected better for the price.

the location was beautiful with a heated swimming pool open in november. the restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere. i enjoyed some lovely walks along the river, it was a beautiful experience. the staff were attentive.
dust was slightly visible on table surfaces, it was not a major issue though.
