Relaxing stay with excellent service

helpful staff air conditioning fluffy towels
The staff were always helpful and quick to assist. I felt very welcome. My room had air conditioning, so I kept cool . The large fluffy towels in the bathroom were also a plus.

EXCELLENT breakfast and friendly staff

friendly staff gluten free bread convenient location
The staff really went out of their way. Breakfast started the day WELL and it catered for veggies with oat milk. Gluten free bread was available. That was a nice touch. I appreciated the big Lidl only a 1 minute walk from the hotel, it was useful.
The pre-booked evening meal was disappointing. Garlic mushrooms had very little or no garlic and the salmon was dried out. The evening chef clearly has little skill. I think they need some more training.

The hotel is in a central location, offering easy access to nearby attractions. Parking was easy to find. A new electric vehicle charging point had been installed, a real BONUS.

excellent stay with wonderful service

tasty breakfast helpful staff spacious room great aircon
i found the breakfast very filling and tasty. the staff was always willing to help, and they were always smiling. the room was very spacious and lovely. i especially liked that the aircon worked great, especially since it was a warm weekend.
i have to mention there was loud music with youngsters swearing. it was a bit much when i was trying to enjoy a drink after dinner.
